David/Jason,

Obviously, I was kidding. Just checking to see if you were awake.

With your painting, you have gone from "Nowhere" to "Now- here" - TM

Jason, another BEAUTY! Well done for sure. The snow is great, and heck, it's one way not to have to paint the hoves! HA! Good work, now go hold your 1/1 masterpiece.

Great job on Murat Jason, and WELLDONE re your new family addition!!!

Will miss you all in Girona :(

Regards,

Ray ;)

Really nice job Jason! It is really nice to see painting which is well modulated: the dark green and the dark bay horse LOOK dark. So many these days seem tempted to push contrast too far and spoil the effect.

Congrats on the 1/1 scale figure as well!

I totally agree with you Mike.
Sometimes it seems that nobody looks at your figure when you refused the push the contrast to far.
Well, i think it is for a short time. Haven't we seen all the basework going to far over the base itself, that is gone also.
We seen a couple of years back, the coolminers faces, thats almost gone to.
I hope the high contrast's will end soon because i personally don't like it.

Matthew, Marc, Vergilius, Katarzyna, Jay, Ray, and Mike:

Thanks for the kind words, guys! Your comments are inspiring.

Matt - yes, I knew you were kidding. David is becoming a force to be reckoned with! His display is always one of my favorites.
