Yeah this was the first shot at a bust and as Carl says it was 18 months ago. It's taken me a while to figure out a style I like and how to use acrylics but this guy still sits proud on the shelf, I think it's the only bust I have done that I wouldn't get rid of. I've got a few other pieces posted on here I can almost churn them out as fast as Carl

Every one here on the planet has helped me improve in spades since this guy.
As for difficulty increasing with size, I have more difficulty with the smaller stuff. I can't blend as smoothly as I like and still maintain the contrast on the little ones.
