A fun side project which first was only about using up left over putty here and there suddenly got more demanding and took a life of its own :)

I love this character from The Simpsons.
It's about 45 mm high and I have it primed now. I have a subtly shaded and highlighted finish in mind, maybe with black lines between colours. Strap for schoolbag will be added after painting.

Genius Manfred, pure genius.

Agree that this sort of thing is not easy to do!

Please tell me we'll see this in the civilian class at Euro

Now all you need is a balloon caption... "Bart! Lisa!"

(y) Love it! But is it historically accurate?

Manfred....wow...that's absolutely fantastic mate....well done.
And many thanks for taking the trouble to post the pics...I told you we all wanted to see it... :)

It's great.

Many thanks. Millhouse Rocks!!!

Roy.

Okelidokeliho neighbor!

Thats a cool piece and funny.
I would buy it would it be available commercially.

But actually Homer is my hero. Proud to be selfish. :)
Favourite qoute:
"I dont have to be careful, Ive got a gun."

Cheers

You are all too kind, really.

I had a hard time keeping it on a club meeting lately when a clubmate's wife wanted to take it to a new home... ;)

Jim Cox has it right, the nose and mouth needed several frustrated attempts.
Also keeping the forms clean and smooth was something new.

Due to my haphazard approach at first I introduced more work than necessary I found later on.

I have ideas for another Millhouse pose and of course there are enough other characters from The Simpsons and Futurama. I'd love to do Leela from Futurama next, the Clubmates wife wants a Zoidberg or Mr.Burns for christmas ...
