Mariano,
My deepest sympathy at your loss. Many of us here have lost our mothers, and many will. Some say it is the way of things, and yet, the pain is there, nonetheless. I wish to share with you a funeral prayer that has been with my family for many years. I do hope it can help you in your time of grief.
An Irish Funeral Prayer
Death is nothing at all.
It does not count.
I have only slipped away into the next room.
Everything remains as it was.
The old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged.
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.
Call me by the old familiar name.
Speak of me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no sorrow in your tone.
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effort
Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was.
There is unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just around
the corner.
All is well. Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost.
One brief moment and all will be as it was before.
How we shall smile at the trouble of parting, when we meet again.

ma so con sicurezza che....... tutte le madri sono delle grandi Donne
ed anche se il vuoto che si crea con la loro mancanza sarà per sempre
incolmabile ....... rimarrà sempre la gioa del suo ricordo nel tuo cuore.

non ci sono parole per descrivere il mio più sincero dispiacere nell'apprendere questa notizia.
In questi casi tutte le cose dette e scritte sembrano scontate e di circostanza,
e niente e nessuno possono colmare dispiaceri come questo.
Ecco... io penso che, il bene più sincero che esiste su questa terra e quello tra una madre e i propi figli, ed è un qualcosa che non può certo essere interrotto dalle circostanze di questa nostra vita.
Se l'amore è vita, tua madre sarà sempre al tuo fianco.

Caro Mariano, hai fatto una bella cosa a mettere la foto di tua mamma,
il modellismo in generale e' anche un modo per fuggire dalle difficolta'
della vita che ti porta inevitabilmente a fare i conti anche con la perdita
di una persona cara
