Need some help Foreign Legion Algeria

I am embarking on the AC Foreign Legion set with the Italeri Dodge.

I could use some colour references - the great coats the legion wore and was the dodge just plain old green? (Olive?)

Adrian! .. it appears to be a 'British Khaki',. for the overcoat! .. and I would say 95% sure that the dodge would have been olive drab!

no it's 1950's.

Found a couple of online images the dodge looks like it is sand.

Is this the piece (s) you have ?

Then I would assume that you would be right in your thinking of a sand colour for the 'Dodge', ...now its the 1950's, and in Algeria!

Yup thats the one - I am going with sand for the dodge and olive for the greatcoats unless any can tell me otherwise.
