This looks pretty incredible, the painting is amazing, especially the rear view freehand work on the dragon. The perfect match for Pegaso's Ebroin sculpted Lu Bu. A lot of work doing those two!

Super impressive.

Alex.

This one just hurts! All this detail in one piece! Striking and vibrant color scheme, freehands of dragons, a tiger, embroidery, what else Mr.Cortina can paint ? Have mercy!!!:dead:

now that you have done this figure will Journey to the West be not to far in the future because i will be very happy if you do them so think about it.

The paint job is spectacular. No two ways about it.

The only thing I'm not too sure about is that the face looks more Middle Eastern/Arab than Chinese/Oriental.

It's either that or he bears more than a passing resemblance to the actor Brian Blessed (I can't make up my mind).

Great figure. The only concern is the head is a bit small when compare to the body. Could be the camera angle.

Yes I have to agree, I'm curious as to what size lens was used for the pics because to me the left hand in the second pic looks way to big as well...maybe it's my old eyes or a trick of the camera.
Anyway very impressive painting......still unsure of the relative proportions though.
