In this video we can see the process of "the step by step" published by Julio CABOS in the magazine Figure International N°47, "Highway 66". In this article we can see the products used and all the details you need to be able paint this kit.

Nice release.
But there is something that says: where have I seen this before?????

Marc

You're right Marc! A miniature extremely identical to this novelty was created by Sylvain Deschamps, if I remember correctly already in the late 90's or early 00's and also if I am remembering it, this piece has 150mm scratch built scale figures (therefore the twin cylinder Harley Motorbike is in 1/12 scale). It was presented as a Best of Show winner in the pages of French Magazine "Figurines". Here's the original scratch built miniature:

It was the Best of Show of the world Expo at Paris, 1996.

Nice but I'll wait for Carl Reid's UK version with a real bike a Bonny :sneaky: You listening Carl ?

Steve

Ps Did you know that 99% of Harleys ever made are still on the road.

The other 1% made it home.

Nice ride!
I am looking forward to seeing the review of this piece. I am really curious to the casting of the motorcycle.

Looks awesome! I do wish it was an old school chopper though. One question. Are there alternative Harley Davidson's out there that will work in 54mm?

I've been looking for a chopper model in 54 or 75mm for about a year to do a scratch rider... so far no good :(The die cast models available seem the fall inbetween and most of the kits start at 1/12... can't win for losing

Thanks BlueThunder.
I whas searching into the old Figurine's, but wasn't that far. (as always I stuck into the great figures that are passing).
And yes, it whas this piece from Sylvain.
