What is the name of the green media that everyone seems to use for the detailing work on their sculpts?:

You are welcome. They are very easy to deal with. I did have an order get lost in the computer. I am not sure if was lost in mine or theirs but a quick phone call and all was made right lighting fast. They have a lot of supply's that are useful to us and I think they have a very good selection.

Hi Kurt, Kneadatite in the new package with the separated rolls (used to be only sold as a ribbon, with the two colours touching) is also available from the CoolMiniOrNot shop, here, for slightly less. Don't know about the shipping though; well worth comparing as it can make a big difference in the total price of an online order.

Kneadatite is also commonly referred to as Duro (the old commercial name) in modelling circles. You will also see it called exactly what you said in the thread title - Green Stuff - as well as just GS. So if you see any of those in an article or a website it should be the same material they're talking about.

BTW, there are a number of other great self-hardening sculpting compounds used in the hobby, a few of which are superior to GS for certain types of work, including MagicSculp (MS) and Apoxie Sculpt (AS). Many working sculptors actually use more than one material, using each one for what they're naturally best at.
