And what about a Sherlock XXI° C

NOOOOOOOOOO :(

There is only one Sherlock;

Basil Rathbone.

If you have a Sherlock...you may as well have the best version of the real stories, and he made 14 movies !
I think these figures reflect that characterisation so well.

Cheers ;) :)

Another exquisite release by one of the most promising companies and one of my personal favourites.

Perhaps !?
Perhaps not now with Beneict Cumberbatch !!

No way - he's an upstart. Basil Rathbone was the only Holmes!!! In French terms it's like having Gérard Depardieu play Maigret - just wouldn't be right.

Anyway I like the figures a lot but Watson should be in a bowler hat!

Cheers

Perhaps not now with Benedict Cumberbatch !!

Naaah he sounds like a pile of cooked eggs and behaves like a farty bum post modernist wimp.

Basil St.John Rathbone MC was a bona fide hero of WW1, sniper and expert swordsman who joined the army as a private soldier and was commissioned after a bayonet charge in 1914 and went on to win the Military Cross for bravery over a prolonged period of night time trench raids and stalking
enemy snipers.
BC is not fit to polish his pipe! ;) :)

Still love these models though.

The police sergeant in painting (Sergei Voronov).
And color tablets on a subject.
