Well this was my first proper attempt at a bust for, well the last was when Kirin first released the Michael Wittmann bust, that long ago. All done with Vallejo acrylics, airbrushed flesh tones after lack of the brush painting skills reared its ugly head, the rest was brush painted using the face colours set and the wood and leather set.
There's a few things that I'm not happy with, the hair being one, all I had was Brown and sand shades, no yellow in the paint box, yet.
I hope it meets your approval.

Nice job Mick - I've never painted a bust, but those eyes are stunningly done! The shade of blonde is also one of the most realistic I've ever seen - most times it comes out too yellow for my taste, but this is just right.

Hi Mate , beautiful job I agree the hair and eyes are super the blonde is spot on ,and for a get back in the bust saddle after a long time it's a cracking job .
