I have now finished this figure (75mm) in acrylics and inks. With help on small details, I am very grateful to svt, who supplied details of the silver sash and the Grenadier epaulettes as well as the cockade on the Kiver (shako), other help came from Martin Antonenko.
I did find one photo of a re-enactor of a Russian Grenadier officer, the silver lace sash look good.

The figure is from Avanpost via IL Miniatures in Germany

Excellent.
I really liked the tassels on the belt scarf - the gaps added a lot of liveliness. Of the shortcomings, I note that for some reason silver is on the epaulettes, although there should be gold. And the swordknot looks just monochrome, although it was more interesting in color (below is a photo of the original swordknot of a infantry junior-officer and a photo of a reconstruction of a similar swordknot). If you have a desire, then you can easily make these adjustments to the painting of the figure.

Wow thank you again svt, just shows how much detail is missing from contemporary sources in military uniforms.
I will get the brushes out again.

Hi Bob
