Not sure what you have left to paint, but it is looking really good.

Thanks Ralph, I now Soooo wish you were a compition judge ! Haha
Peisse braid is only at mid tones, highlight required,
pompom and embroidered eagle badge below the plume is only rough undercoat
Right hand and sword to be done,
Two small sections of reins either side od left fist.
And a different style of base for presentation.

Paul

Yeah ok
I've got a couple more from the concurrant actiivity section of
my overflow coffee table of disgrace that's spilled down from
the shelf of unfinished shame...actually

Legs missing ? Blame Reid C from the 6th form art class

Tempted? ..... Gerroff it's not leaving my sight with you about.

It is lovely kev,
On the pelisse, the leading edge fur and cords were a little confused by flash but a sharp scalpel sorts that, and a little filler either side to join pelisse to cords around the neck. No dramas

Thanks for you comments old luv !

Excellent work Paul!(y) You certainly sneaked up with this one. !! Great facial tones, and colouring. A really standout piece of work.Mark.

Mark thank you, really kind words,
so kind I can't even be rude back as is custom !
How about just a friendly little 'Frrrp' ?
Thanks for looking pal.;)

Very nice bit of painting Paul.
The face is superb and I think you've nailed the Chasseur green.
Looking forward to seeing more of this one.

Cheers,
Andrew

You have certainly got this Napoleanic thing naile down. Those type of folds on the upper arm are not my favorites to paint.
