Thank you for your time :)

Great to see this bust painted and the artist has done a fantastic job on all the different elements presenting them with a very realistic finish, when the unpainted bust hit the PF forum a couple of weeks back the jury was out regarding the Blunderbuss, at that stage I didn't mind it on the basis that it would look okay when painted but I dont think the blueish fantasy paintwork on the gun barrel suits the rest of the figure which looks excellent, however the bust should be a unrestricted paint as you like subject and it will be really interesting to see how others paint it.
Great release.

I have to agree. If the weapon was more realistic/plausible, and the paintwork was strictly "historical" (as opposed to "fantasy"), this would be a home-run for me. That's just a matter of taste though, and I'm sure I'm biased since around 95% of what I paint is historical. Personal preferences aside, there's no denying the beauty of the sculpt and paint. Great work Ju-Wong Jung!

Realism meets fantasy......Great quality in both sculpt and paint; and the blunderbuss makes it for me. I couldn't expect to pull of a paint job like that, and the fact that there could be some creative painting options make this a possibility for me............ in a weak moment...............................................:)

what i find really i mean REALLY interesting in this is that you can go for total fantasy or total realism, or mix both (like here) and it still looks REAL (and no i'm not a fan of the effects on the gun but ...)
this is, to me, outstanding work, sculpt and painting !
I just dream of being able one day to get such a realistic finish on any step of painting !

Thank you very much for your kind words and advice.
Various opinions will help me make the next figure.
Hope you have a great weekends~ :)
