Painting a realistic 1/6 Indiana Jones head sculpt

Here is a 1/6 head sculpt of Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones. It was sculpted by Rocco the Sculptor and resin cast by Mike Allen.

I have been trying to get better with painting realism and hope that I can bring this style to some “historical” bust soon.

I used both airbrush and traditional brushes and all acrylic paints.

Very subtle and realistic skin tones Joe. I enlarged the pictures and the work really holds up.
