I don't think he's been mentioned yet Janne. I recognize the second painting, I think it's from the Prussian- Danish War, the second one I think, 1864.
I haven't seen the first one though however it's very good.

Lol the penny has dropped, it takes longer these day but it did eventually. There's a flat based on the second of Sell's paintings Janne posted..... which reminds me I was going to buy it.
