As my wife tells me there is no such thing as the right time,just do it,you'll regret it if you don't,she's a good woman,bless.
I found working for an other company just was not my thing,I'll take guidance but I really have my own ways,my own thought's,I love modelling and its me giving something back after all these years,I am happy with the kits,hope that reflects to the modeller.
