Well this has been fun, probably only the 4th figure I've ever done over 65mm, wow what a lot of room for the paint.

He is painted in acrylics including acrylic metals and based on a slice of tree branch built up with Das Pronto. I have painted the gaiters in madder red as issued in the Gulf of Tonkin campaign. I also decided not to add any weathering, not authentic I suppose but I like it.

Hope you like him.

That's turned out lovely Simon. I like it a lot. Very nice groundwork too.

He looks much happier finished up and proudly displayed in your cabinet than he did boxed up and in bits, languishing in my stash!

Cheers Steve much appreciated, I did enjoy painting him I must say. Guess he can go to Bugle Call now.

Lovely presentation.

Thank you Robbo, I did make one grund work error, there are no long stalks close to him, I used the metal base and built up around it, once he was in place I wasn't going to drill.holes close to him. Don't tell anyone I don't think they'll notice!

Very nicely done indeed, he’s turned out very well indeed, the ground work has come out very well too. Are you taking him to the show on Sunday ? Would be good to see him in the flesh. You see you do enjoy the bigger scales lol

You're first 75 has turned out great mate! The rifle looks lovely. Great basing. Certainly suits the sculpt. Like he's stopped mid hike for a puff. It's nice and wild looking.
What is the cotton shoot/wheat looking things?

Great job.
