Hello friends,

we all enjoyed to participate at the good PFP Costas idea.

We could see some diferent version of the Romeo Templar 54mm, that was cool.

I would like (and I hope you too) to continue with this kind of projects.
Let's say that every 3 months we have to paint a figure that we pick from the most wanted of our choices.
It could be cool also (but I'm not moderator) to have a kind of link on the main home page. So everyone could easely access to the PFP folder. With pic of the figure to be painted.
Let's say that we'll propose 3 figure and the most chosen will be the figure to paint.
Let's say we'll start the 1st October and we will show the finished work the 1st January.

Here my choices :

- Pegaso the crusader of hollyland (GianniLaRocca-DiegoRuina)
- Enigma Yarri the Hobbit (Latorre)
- Pegaso Onondaga (BenoitCochis-PietroBalloni)

The Topic reached 150 reads and only ................ ONE anthousiamed answer? LOL

Let's say that the project is...................DEAD !!!

:)

I'm all for the Crusader Knight 54-225.........just got this figure a couple of weeks ago.........a real beauty.

JP ~ you give up too early my friend. I was a little surprised at the low amount of people who took part in the first one tho. Maybe it will improve as we go along and more members will participate.

Guy : that's why I wrote maybe we should do a kind of link on the main home page of PF. So everyone could easely (with a mouse clic) go to the PFP topic.....

JP

JP I'm also in, I just try to thing 3 figures at the moment. Me and Costas supported the first round, so defenately i'm looking forward in this one too.

Only posted my first PFP today due to computer problems, it was fun to do and would welcome a second PFP.
As for choices i would like to broaden the range with maybe some napoleonics. Pegaso have a wide selection of this and all are good figures.
But will paint wth whatever we chose

thanks
kevin

I was in on the first PFP and really enjoyed it, and I am also happy to participate in the second.
My vote would be as follows;

Seil Models 54 mm Viking #SH54024 (the one with the hands outstretched to either side)
Romeo Models RM5459 54 mm Anglo Saxon Warrior (I agree with Costas onthis one)
And if we're feeling up for a 75mm Pegaso masterpiece, I'd love to do #75/026, the Officer of the Equites III century

I could easily do without another crusader for a while, but the majority rules right? :)

I very like your idea, guys!
Can I join to this project?

my choices:

Andrea - Crusader, XI Century SM-F50
Latorre - Pirate, Madagascar 54/13
Pegaso - Crusader Knight in Holy Land, XIII century

best regards
Artur

I never quite things together for the first one but I'm game for this one! I wasn't too keen on the Crusader first time around and even less now, but whatever the group decides! Here is my choices.
1. Latorre's Hobbitt
2. Pegaso Anglo Saxon
3. The Andrea 54mm fantasy piece
Cheers
Mark
P.S. How is it no one has suggested something like the Pegaso girls! . I could use the practice with my fleshtones! ;)

Even though I bought the figure (and did'nt paint it :( ) I still enjoyed this whole concept. My opinions are that we should pick a COMPLETELY different figure and different scale. I know there are a TON of beautiful 54mm figures out there. My vote is for something 75mm.

I participated in the first one. The number of participants in the first was not what i was thinking off. 6 people. I think, when i read the treat back there where alot more people who where joining in.
So , i will go again with this second.
I really wanted to see as many different figures from the same figure. Thats why i chosen the next one;s.

Marc

I would think you may be able to attract more interest in picking a different time period. Just a thought.~Gary
