Hey guys,
I've been painting for a bit and feel that I'm improving, but I'm always having troubles with taking photos of the miniatures. While I get the basics of photography, I have trouble using backgrounds and some lighting. Do you guys use gradient backgrounds on paper? Cloth?
I'm interested to know what you all use for backgrounds and what colors you utilize.
Also, focal length and macro; do a lot of you guys go in to those in great detail? I'm primarily a wildlife/ sport photographer so taking pics of my miniatures is a bit different.
All the best,
Jake
