Pilipili Mongol Bust from the man himself.

I am especially happy at being able to share this latest work with you. I bought this bust from Le Van Quang himself at the Pili Pili booth while attending the World Expo last summer. So not only is it a fantastic bust, but one of the best souveniers I have from my trip. So many thanks to Quang for taking the time and trouble of introducing himself to me in July and I hope I've done justice to your sculpting.

Hello Glen,

Just touched down on the Planet and found your fine rendition of the Mongol bust.

A super paint job (but then we never expected less from you ) especially on the worn leather of the helmet and the subtle shading of the blue coat.

I also recall the good laughs we had with you, Brent and the other Planeteers in Girona last summer. I reckon that a show would lose 80% of its interest if it's only about figures. People (organizers) tend to forget that it's the public who makes the show. And meeting you guys has always been the icing on the cake to me!
