Tempera paints for box-art . The base is self made and not included in the set.

Superb base, shame it is not part of the package. The figure is very nicely painted bu it may be the photos but to me the straps do not stand out from the body enough.

Hi Contantin ,

Just catching up on posts ...nice subject but what really stands out and makes the piece is the base its a great idea and really effective.

In respect of the painting , I would be inclined to push the shadows and highlighting more and look at dirtying him up a little , together with more definition and wear on the equiptment .
