When i am painting i make the photo in black to control the volume

Very nice, I haven't painted a flat in decades, so I haven't seen these before, plastic flats why not. You are doing a great job at recreating the play of light and shade on her, I really like this one.

I haven't painted a flat in the longest time, as much as I love them I don't want to go down that particular rabbit hole again.
