Poste Militaire Figure

I have just aquired a Poste Militaire figure and wondered if any PF members have any information or can point me in the right direction about it.
The figure is of a Belgian Officer Cadet (Ecole Royal Militaire) and i believe the scale is either 90 or 100mm, this is the only information I have.
Does anyone know what year, clour of uniform etc.
Any information received will be gratefully accepted
