Problem Painting Metal Warhammer Figures

Since I didn’t really paint the musician ill go ahead and wash it then see if the paint adheres better.

This morning before work I added a base coat, which went on well. When I get home I am going to try some highlighting/shading. I will try and take a better picture tonight so you guys can comment.

Hey Blake,

I guess its a little too late to make a difference now but I normally prime those metal figures with Gunze Sangyo Metal primer (transparent) and after it cures I go for a thorough coat of Gunze Sangyo's Mr. Surfacer 1200, pretty fine stuff and it holds really well for metals. Just FYI if you would like to try that for your future projects.
