Hi guys,

Detailed up the pistol on The Highwayman and decided that The Conspirator needed a lantern, in the style of the one purportedly taken from someone arrested trying to blow up Parliament many years ago....đź‘Ť

Hi Steve

Great to see these here , both nice choices for subjects , the highwayman or perhaps Mr Turpin ? looks good , like the pistol work

Mr Faukes looks sinister , good idea ref lantern .....what’s the green material ...a coloured Perspex ?

Scale looks about 1/12th ?

Always intrigued you use a mix of putties especially the greenstuff .....much swearing when I try it ....any hints ?

Look forward to seeing more on these

Happy benchtime

Thanks chaps! The lantern is made from a section of green acrylic rod, not for the colour, but it was the right diameter! Only the front section (window) was translucent as it was made from bone, the rest of it was iron. The Highwayman will have a neckerchief, but not over his face. All being well these are destined to become commercial.
