Question Regarding Blog Sites

I was curious to find out if blogging PFers had any preferences for blog hosting sites. I've noticed that several people here have personal or commercial blogs in their signatures. Did you find one host better than another? Do some facilitate custom layouts easier? Costs (if any)? More storage and/or bandwidth with some?

I was thinking of trying to start a small personal one up, as I exchange emails with a group of friends quite often for various modeling projects and thought a blog might be a fun and effective alternative.

Hi Brent,

I went with Blogspot (or Blogger) simply because I already had a Google account and was very happy with their Gmail and Picassa products. It's obviously free like other Google products.

I also use Blogspot. Great layouts, easy to customise etc. Statcounter and Feedjit are great 'appliances' to add.
