I really like this one. Not only for a very good paintjob, but somehow it grabs you by the heart a little..his battle-weary look, hungry/skinny face and...somehow sad and worried (maybe even scared?) look in his eyes. I gotta say ,in all honesty, I havent encountered many figures or busts that showed so much emotion. Thank you very much for sharing this one!(y)

Well painted version of one of the best busts on the market. I totally agree with Piotr's assessment that the bust portrays a myriad of emotions. As a rule I do not do WWII, but whenever I see this bust, I become more inclined to paint him.
 
This is a great bust to work on, as mentioned previously, there's lots of emotions to bring out :)

That looks great , Good to se this painted up it shows such emotion like the helmet effects and the flesh tones ..this was a piece I really enjoyed reviewing .
