Red army tank crew uniform colours

Hi all,

new to the board.
Building a EE BT-7 right now and purchased Alpine 35004 WW2 Russian tank officer to go along with it.
Problem is I have no clue about the colours to use. Can anyone shed a light in my darkness?
I intend using Vallejo or Andrea acrylics, so matching numbers would be great.
Being from the beginning of the patriotic war I am also unsure about the knee patches on the trousers of the figure.
Any help greatly appreciated,
