It's the flag that's putting me off painting an Irish regiment, the French ones are quite easy. Maybe I should post the standard bearer to Eduardo he looks good at it.

Whoever designed those French flags of the ancien regime didn't spare a thought for us miniature painters. Maybe that's the real reason for the revolution and a sensible tricolour flag.
