Im with dificulties to find a good reference of a Centurion Helmet in Republica Times... In 3rd Midriatric War...

Interesting period much under-represented. I've had a look through my references and can't find anything definitive for you, but I'd suggest that getting in touch with Jasper Oorthuys who publishes Ancient Warfare magazine might prove useful.
(There are a few issues I've got which depict slightly later Centurions, but I'm sure that he will have a few earlier issues which will cover what you need)
