I know this is a miniatures forum, but since there is considerable cross-breeding with plastic modelers I was hoping someone would own, and be willing to part with this OOP kit. Model Number is 05038, not to be confused with the Type VIIC /41 kit which is still in production.; I'll pay any reasonable price. Thanks.

A followup...

I saw your post for this over at Timelines, and I noticed the bit about the kit catalog number. I'm not sure that the auctions I showed are for the same one you're looking for. Is the difference the Wintergarten?

Also, I noticed that at Timelines, you've chosen California as your location, so you might need to adjust your profile here, if you're in California.

Thanks Brad. Yes, the auctions you listed are for a later version of the sub with the schnorkel and expanded wintergarten. That one is still in production and available everywhere. Just for self-torment I'm committed to getting the one that's hard to find! thanks just the same.
