Hi Mark.....started with black primer....then 'zenithal' white as per my normal routine.....
Used Scale 75 Flesh Tones set....started with a coat of African Shadow......5 shades of intermediate colours....hi-lites were Sunny flesh tone....finished with African Shadow to reinforce darkest areas....

Cheers

Ron

Ron, what was that bit after 'Black Primer' and 'Zinithal', ... Could I ask about what is 'African Shadow',..? and how it was achieved.:cautious:(y)

Regards,

Mark

Hi Mark....put simply mate....
1 Undercoat of black primer (Halfords)
2 Dust coat of GW Skull white....applied using 'zenithal' technique...
This link will illustrate the above process better....

3 'African Shadow' is one of the shades (the darkest) in the Scale 75 Flesh set...this was airbrushed in 3 very thin/light coats...to allow the previous undercoat/dust coats to show through.....

Hope...with the link above...this explains it better for you :)

Cheers

Thanks Ron, I was unaware that the 'African Shadow', was a set colour from scale 75! .. This may prove very handy. (y) .. I will look into this.
