John, I think you done here an amazing job. The flesh tones are very realistic and the water was only missing the sound, everything is superb.

Hi Pedro,thanks for the kind words,I enjoy painting flesh tones and trying to make them realistic.The Vallejo still water effect is good stuff to use,it was my first time using it on this piece.

To me this hobby doesn't get much better than John Belcher painting a Phil Walden sculpt.:notworthy:

I love the details, the hair on the arm, the pustule on the elbow, the bags under the eyes, the dressing around the other elbow, the chipped paint on the Owen gun, the ripples in the water. Choice Bro.

Very nice figure this, great attention to detail.
I would consider buying this bust now because of this one but I'd probably never start it for fear of not being able to match up to this.
