I have just signed up in your forum, and I would like to present my latest work which I finished recently...

I used artist oil to paint this famous figure
hopefully I will be presenting it at the Paris Sèvres show coming up soon early december (I am french and live near Paris)

Marco, this is excellent. Horse rider and shield all combine into a fantastic job.

The best compliment I can pay you that I never fancied this kit until now. You have changed my mind mate.

That is some wonderful painting. Great job. The shield is exceptional. I wonder how did you manage to keep all the symmetry so well.
 
This is phenomenal work amazing amazing work Marco

@ Piotrec; thanks... I used a small rigid plastic template, and wrote paper pen dots on the base coated shield, then it was easy to assemble the dots together to give an even shaped circle.

I'll be interested in how you achieve the flat finish on your oils!? I've heard so many ways of doing it but am always interested.
