Completed Roman

I have two projects on the go at once so I hope this is ok.

I picked up this bust of a Roman officer from SK.

It’s a lovely mould, interesting how different it is in style from the young busts I’ve got.

The face has really hard lines, I’m not sure if it’s worth toning down somehow; I’m open to suggestions.

Great to see you posting the WIP , he's certainly got very harsh lines as you say but I like that it adds character

If anything perhaps blend more on the highs to take it back more

What's the "other" project ? .......we all have lots on the go at once ..lol

You should show your wargaming figures as well !

Nearly done with this chap, although I’m not sure how to tackle the leather subarmarlis though. I might do some mottling with orange brown around the edges and folds and then paint over it with a brown ink or oil to give a sheen
