Looks good possibly blend the fleshtones abit and tone down the lips but thats all ..like the addition of the badge ..nice presentation

A little more blending on the face perhaps ?
Couple of accuracy points... The lining of the hood should be the same darker khaki woolen fabric as the collar .
And the RTR badge is white metal, not brass , so you might want to change the colour of the big one on the plinth .

Agree with the other's comments, as a personal choice I'd get rid of the hideous over scale badge which makes me cringe every time I see it, not your fault of course and possibly dirty up the tank suit a little more but that might be the light making it look a bit too clean

Swralph, Nap, Tony and Steve: now that you've pointed out those couple of areas that need improvement, they seem to pop out of the figure every time I look at it ! I'll probably address them in a couple of months.
