Mick, I have decided to unlike this post now because it has been brought to my attention that you patriotic vitriol did not include the Archbishop of Canterbury, fallen out with your neighbours again?
How very dare you

No Problem Paul. I would not include the Archbishop of Canterbury or any other of his ilk, because what I would like to say would not be tolerated on this forum.

Looks like we're in for some success today. Lewis Hamilton wins the British grand prix, and it looks like Andy Murray is on his way to winning the Wimbledon final.
At least that's some good news. hopefully more to follow like 2 Euros to the pound. I know, wishful thinking.:D

Well i can add some more success, but on a personal note, both my sons manage junior football teams in their spare time.
Both have been involved in tournaments, and both have come home with the Managers Trophy, not that much smaller then the one Murray's currently holding.
So you can imagine how proud my wife and myself are, not only are they full time coaches, but they dedicate all their spare time to it as well.
Although concerned that if they keep their success rate up, we're going to need a bigger house, with a bigger trophy cabinet.

I see from the news that the lawyers are saying the referendum is not binding and Cameron should throw it out.I would like to see him and his pals (of all parties) try they are compleatly out of touch with most of the people now and most people hate their guts.I wonder what would happen if they tried that:mad:

Pete a referendum is a guidance as to opinion not an elective vote.

The Irish and Danes have both had European referenda results recinded, so anything can happen.
personally I think there's always too much media hype to justify rolling news channels.
I don't know anyone here who wants to hear this rubbish being spouted all over again, most folks being British will say
"Ah well, that's that, we'd best get on with it now eh?

I do like a good laugh, the Labour party want a general election.:LOL::LOL:

What's the difference between Corbyn and May.
May puts the interests of the country first, while Corbyn puts his interests first.:D

Sorry Nap, but Theresa May is better looking than you too.
You could always try to become the leader of Labour party and introduce biscuit breaks.
