It looks like a very nicely sculpted figure. The stiff pose would lend itself well to a vignette as a POW of the two S&T Tankers. He has a rather dejected expression as well. What is it about the uniform that makes it 1943?

Hey, I never thought of that! Thanks to your observation, I've got a good excuse for relinquishing over $100 of my hard-earned dollars at the vendor tables in about three weeks :lol:
