Great piece, love the simplicity of the design.....
I'm sure I'll have to get one of these.

Very nice and a simple bust like the way the bow sems to frame the bust .

Looking at the website a good price as well

One question ...how is the actual quiver being supported on the torso ?
Nap

Mark S, thanks
Napoleonpeart, quiver mounted on a piece of wire) It's simple.
Uruk-Hai, resin quite plastic, nothing will break. We tested )

What I think Nap means is what is a historical reference to quiver, not technicalities of the kit.
My knowledge is not of an expert, so some one may correct me, but I am not aware of yumi bags like this, they would usually be positioned on a stand (and clothing of archer implies this isnt a battle scenario). On a horseback its a different thing.

I really wish Victor spent a little more time to make face look more japanese.

Good concept, slightly short of full potential for me.

Yeah, I thought about it)) That's all the difficulty of my ignorance of the language))
I understand you, and the bust should not be taken as 100% original historical, but rather an allegory, just wanted to convey the image. In reality, it is certainly not fastened in a similar way.
With regard to persons, the Japanese are very different, including and not similar to the Japanese) Follow dogma and sculpt the perfect person for my not quite the right way. And it is here not a sculptor, he is not to blame)

I think it looks something like this

Nice bust. The only to my concern is the bow is a bit too wide when comparing to the bust scale. You need a big hand to hold that bow and the bust nose does not look like a Japanese to me.

Great sculpt !
Виктор ,отличный яппонец получился !
Andrey

Спасибо Андрей!
Thanks Andrey!

Yellowcat, everywhere there is a compromise, one should always remember what materials it is made, and how it will behave for a long time, it's not 54mm ). We do not have the possibility to cast parts made of metal.

Nice concept , face looks good to me , would like to have seen a bit more clothing rather than a partial bare chest , looks like a Ronin .
Faces in some races can differ from region to region , Im sure that there is a difference from the north most island to the south .
Certainly is in Scotland ( faces and heads git a square in the north east ) and Stirlingshire and woe betide anyone who does not paint a Scot with red hair :)

Samson, thanks!
Ron Tamburrini, was based on this photo here. And to make the conversion on the basis of this bust is quite simple.
