I have just added a fourth 1/10th scale bust to the Scale Collectables range in the form of a British WW1 Military Policeman

This bust is loosely based on a character I remember from my favourite childhood comic strip and was a subject I always intended to model as a 1/6th scale figure but never got around to it

He has been sculpted by Lucas Bezerra and is 3d printed which captures every detail perfectly. Advice on his uniform details was kindly supplied by Toby Brayley, the curator of the RMP Museum in Hampshire

The bust comes as a two piece kit and also has a George V Military Police crest for the base of your choice

He is available through the Scale Collectables web site

I don't recall the character.... possibly before my time. ;)
So much character in the face, it'll paint up a treat.

Not my favourite flavour of soldiers, best known in my time as "monkeys" always trying to spoil a good night out in Aldershot. The bust though is great, that grin is so full of malice, as Malc says it will paint up beautifully.

Cheers Simon

Thanks for your comments Guys

I read that comic strip around 40 years ago and the character filled me full of dread

Big thanks from me have to go to Toby Brayley from the RMP Museum for his technical advice on the subject and to Lucas Bezerra for sculpting the perfect face after I explained what I wanted to portray

Glad yours arrived safely Kev and that you are happy with him

My 1/10th copy has arrived and I have to say it's a cracking bust, full of character with high detail, I'm really pleased with it, fast postage from Mark, great service(y)
Cheers

I remember them well although they tended to stay in their Austin Montego when the rat pit emptied at 11pm :D
