Not everyone’s favourite military subject ...if you’d been naughty ! ......I have tried to just come away from the original a little by adding a couple of things ......he will now have 4 medal ribbons including the Long Service below ........these are about 75% complete , the armband the same

That’s harsh on yourself ...lol .....normally I use a brush ....holds more paint than a ruler .....just ....see technique below

Looks good to.me, I like the blue on the armband it really makes the red lettering pop. Like you say re the cap cover wait till the face is done, all I would say is maybe some highlights where it folds under the crown.

Excellent work mate, loved making my 1/35 version. Your bust of the beast and the added detail looks great.

The beast was a horrid MP in Charley’s War, he met his end in a way befitting of such a sadistic character.

Bit of a iffy pic update , the flesh is coming along nicely , still a way to go including pushing the highs more , blending and then the hair and moustache ....going for a graying look on him ....then it’s complete the headwear ......well that’s the plan ....lol
