It's been a while but SMC is back. And today the pre-registration for the contest starts and closes again October 1.

If anyone has photos from the show, I’m eager to see what was on show this year.
I know Mike the Kiwi was there with books and he sold every copy that he had! Great stuff Mike! I hope that you enjoyed your time there.
 
I know it must've been a good show, friends of mine have come home with enough kits to open a shop. :D

That gallery is not locked so anyone can view the pictures, I don't have or want an account but was able to see the pictures.
Some amazing modelling on show there.

Have to say though (as someone newly back into the hobby) that some of the "arty" basing for single figures and busts is way out of hand. More scenery than on a lot of vignettes and often blocking the view of models in other peoples displays.
And
I really, really hate seeing bits of tanks or aircraft behind a single figure, or half a horse underneath a "bust". WTF is that all about:confused:
