After my wife accidentally dropped figure I had to rework hat and hair so this is almost final version...

Is it Anne Bonny from "Black sails" series?

Hair most definitely was better in earlier version. Also - for future female faces, just smooth every thing and keep angles and wrinkles to a minimum.
