I read in an earlier thread "Whatever happened to?" about one person who had a bad experience (health related) with the putty they were using. I have always wondered about the use of these epoxies and other sculpting mediums. Do you typically use them with bare hands? Are there some that are safer than others? I ahve always tried to use gloves when handling them (I use A+B for making groundwork and Milliput for filling large seams), but I have to admit that I'd love to lose the gloves and just use my hands.

Any thoughts or advice?

Thanks,
Brent

Brent - If you have specific questions other than the ones above or those covered in the posts, ask 'em. A hobby [no matter how important it is to you] just should not make you sick. If you want to ask the questions privately, drop me a PM. If you want to ask someone other than me - I highly recommend Einion. He seems to have an excellent understanding of the issues.

All the best,
Dan
