Ho iniziato a lavorare su questo splendido busto che riproduce la ragazza Afgana ritratta in una famosa copertina del National Geografhic.
Tengo molto a questo busto perché sarà oggetto di un asta benefica , il cui ricavato andrà all'AIRETT (associazione che si occupa delle bambine colpite dalla Sindrome di Rett) che si terrà tra qualche giorno su Soldatinari.it.

It's all in the eyes with this one I just love this one.

I can remember very well seeing this when it first appeared in Nat Geo and being completely captivated.
Ten years ago I was looking at a current copy in my dentists waiting room and found a fascinating article updating her story.

It tells her story and as you will see it's all written on her face but the eyes still drill straight into you.
