hello mates,

once again it happened to me : i was painting details on my Shinsengumi and suddenly told myself : okay, it's final now :)

as usual : painted all in acrylics, scalecolors range. paintbrush : N#1 Winsor and Newton series 7

yes i know the infinite twirl too .... "still have to work this point, mmm, needs more light. mmm ... etc. :) now i "try" to restrain myself a little bit because i know this way leads to ... big mistakes generally ;)

I like the finished piece , good colour choices as well , the patterning is just right IMO and very nicely done

regarding this bust : if you look at the back you will see where i f*d up, i painted first the freehand of the right shoulder, then i totally screwed the left one at this point it was too late
for any correction so this it will be :)

I'd say no problem. I thought it was just a slightly different pattern on each shoulder. It's a beautiful figure. (y)(y)(y)

Perfect painting there Franck and the freehand is outstanding. That's something I really need to practice more.
