Hi all

I recently had to go in the loft and it gave me the idea that it would be interesting to see what others still have to make.

Its amazing how us modellers suddenly build up a stash. If your like me I still can't part with them.

And this isn't all of it.

Oh well it keeps me happy and off the streets.

I have more than a lifetimes work but I'll get round to them someday.

Show us your unmades. Its all for fun.

Kindest wishes as always to you all.

PS If anyone particularly sees something they like and fancy a trade then please feel free to email

Happy modelling

I have two file boxes FULL of figures (around 90) but probably only 6 armour kits left. I also have a box full of bases and Bayardi supplies as well as a box of groundwork (much to my wife's chagrin). At the rate I paint, I should be good until I am around 95.

Graham, I want to thank you. I keep telling my better half that I am not nearly as bad as others who collect multiples of certain kits. You have just given me the proof (e.g T-55A kits) ;)

Hi Graham

That is SO tidy!

I have in the region of 300 armour kits, 250 aircraft (mostly 1/48) and around 90 figures, all in big cardboard outers, so I can't show you a photo. I'm going to have to live until I'm at least 125 to get through that lot

If anyone thinks that's a lot - my brother has over 2,000 car kits. He's barmy!

Cheers

Phil

Hi Graham
Just called my wife out to look at the pics of your grey army ...

Holding them up as my collection of yet to paint figures has not yet reached
the level of your proportions

Her answer was "only a matter of time"

oh well...... I did register with Ebay to sell but can't bring myself to part with anything .... roll on retirement ....

Hi All
I always had the impression that the grey army was work in progress, I don't count all the stuff still in the boxes. So here is an idea of where I'm at!
Cheers

I have to admit i don't have a grey army. SWMBO will not let met. I have got about 30 figures from before I met here but since then she keeps a tight reign on me. As for AFV's and Aircraft I tend to build them as and when i fancy. I have to admit by not letting me buy I have got more room for books ;) which she does not seem to mind to much.

A few years ago, Mr Adrian bey was at the Chicago show, and he posed the question "How many in your grey army?" The response varied, from a few to a few thousand.
Adrian's grey army? Just one, the one he is working on. Start a project, finish a project. Anyone having seen his work will agree, he must be on to something there......
