The bearskin could maybe have benefited from a touch more highlighting, but other than that - WOW! Fantastic work!! As has been said, the face is superb, and I particularly like the effect you have achieved on the (metal?) plinth onto which the image of the emperor's head is mounted. How did you pull that off?

It's a mystery to me why YM wrongly labelled this piece as a Signifer when it's actually an Imagnifer.
