I like what you've got goin' on with the face, its got a lot of texture and interest to it. I'm a traditional oils kinda guy, so it always impresses me when someone can get good results with acrylics.
Just my opinion, but I think the helmet looks a little odd, I think its a bit on the small side. The top looks kinds squashed.
