Some colors glazed onto the groundwork. Going to go for a dark and damp autumn feel, so here's the beginning. More soon. Cheers, Stephen

Thanks much guys. It's just getting started, the base will end up very dark and subdued but had to get a quick color sketch going to have a foundation to work from. Glad y'all are enjoying it so far.

Appreciate it Geoff. Here's progress tonight. Got things toned down and put some semigloss on the leaves to give it a nasty, damp feel. Time to start picking out details. Cheers, Stephen

The base ground work is coming along great, love the 'wet' effect on the ground... the mushrooms are a nice touch, really give the impression of dark and dank.
Can't wait to see some paint on the figures... the sculpts are fantastic!

Hey thanks Colin; glad the atmosphere shows through. Got some outlining done on Ichabod and the Hessian tonight, more pics tomorrow. Cheers, Stephen

Today's progress so far on Ichabod. Still tons to do with details and blending etc. but it's coming along. Really enjoying seeing paint on this one. Cheers, Stephen

Thanks bud. Did a bit more on Ichabod, still need to blend things quite a bit...here he is in place with the mostly finished (and still wet) groundwork. Cheers, Stephen

The Hessian looks great not sure if you have further plans but IMO I'd lighten the skin some with a pale greenish tint for that undead look and to make a sharper contrast to the clothes but that's purely an IMO of course

Nice work
Steve

Thanks guys. Steve, you're right and it's on the list of things to do already. I want to pull the hands out a bit with lighter tones to draw the eye to the sword and the pumpkin as well...should get this done tonight. Appreciate the feedback.
